Heather has over 23 years of experience in government leadership, including work with local law enforcement, public officials, and leadership learning and development. Heather is skilled at facilitating and strategizing with teams to design and develop their organizational culture for success.  Heather believes in using human-centered design strategies to create psychological safety and prioritize steps for the evolution of organizational culture. Heather is passionate about strategy and organizational leadership, as shown in her extensive training in leadership, design, and coaching.
