How did you become involved with OCL? While working at Barry Wehmiller-PCMC, I took the class for the first time. Following that rich experience, a couple of people believed in me, and I had the opportunity to attend professor training and lead several classes within PCMC. At retirement, I was given the opportunity to continue, and enjoy sharing the message with the great people of OCL.

How do you most often find yourself using what you learned in CST? The principles apply to nearly every aspect of life, but my awareness often comes in casual, normal conversation. We can't predict when the gift of listening will be just what another person needs at that moment, we need to be alert.

Your idea of a great day. Great days are the ordinary ones, with just enough mental work to leave you curious, just enough physical work to make you a little tired, and just enough time with the people you love to make you grateful.
