What is your hope for OCL? My hope for OCL is that participants use the tools to transform their relationships. The course provides the x’s and o’s and all it needs is someone to take action.
How do you most often find yourself using what you learned in CST? Most often I’m stopping what I’m doing to attend fully to what another person is saying to me. I notice it most when I occasionally continue to do something else while someone is trying to communicate with me. That’s so ineffective.
Three things that make you smile. Mae, my granddaughter. There are others, but I can’t think of any when she’s around.
